• In the case of a volume license, the organisation, whose name is associated with the serial number, is permitted to edit, modify, copy, delete, compile, recompile, install, reinstall, uninstall the software, provided that the organisation remains the sole user of the software, and provided the copyright notices are unaltered.

• You or the organisation is not permitted to distribute, redistribute or sell the software or any modifications of the software.

• Transfer of license ownership is not permitted.

• No warranties expressed or implied.

• Plugins are outside the scope of this license, as they are expected to be original software.

• By using the software you agree to the terms and conditions of the license.
