End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) V1

• In the case of a single user licence, you are permitted to edit, modify, copy, delete, compile, recompile, install, reinstall, uninstall the software, provided that you remain the sole user of the software, whose name is associated with the serial number, and provided the copyright notices are unaltered.

• In the case of a volume licence, the organisation, whose name is associated with the serial number, is permitted to edit, modify, copy, delete, compile, recompile, install, reinstall, uninstall the software, provided that the organisation remains the sole user of the software, and provided the copyright notices are unaltered.

• You or the organisation is not permitted to distribute, redistribute or sell the software or any modifications of the software.

• Transfer of licence ownership is not permitted.

• No warranties expressed or implied.

• Plugins are outside the scope of this licence, as they are expected to be original software.

• By using the software you agree to the terms and conditions of the licence.
